Quick answers

Do I need to know mailing terms to work with you?

No. Presort, MLOCR and merge/purge sound technical, but the ideas are simple. Presort means sorting mail the way the Postal Service asks, MLOCR is a machine that reads and sorts addresses, and merge/purge drops duplicate records. We explain each one in our guide to how direct mail works and again as we quote your project.

Can you handle design, printing and mailing together?

Yes. Our graphic design team, our in-house commercial printing and our mailing services work together, so you can deal with us for the artwork, the printing and the hand-off to USPS. Bring finished artwork and we will print it, or let the design team start from your goals and brand. Start with our printing & design and direct mail services pages.
